Each rug is entirely hand-woven, then washed and dried in mountain air. The current lead times are in the order of 4 to 6 weeks. For rugs larger than 9×12 please allow an additional two weeks.

To begin production, you can choose:

• Pay 50% upfront and the remaining balance after production is completed

• Pay only 25% upfront to secure your order and pay the rest once your rug is finished

Once production starts, you’ll receive regular progress updates through our website, allowing you to follow the weaving process and see your rug come to life.

We may also share production photos so you can feel connected to every stage of the handmade process.

Returns

You have a 14-day post-delivery withdrawal period to request a return of products. You will then be refunded on your entire purchase including delivery costs.
