For shipments to the USA and to Europe, it’s on us! All of our prices include the cost of shipping.

For international orders, it depends on where you live. Shipping rates will populate during checkout.

Returns

Our priority is in the satisfaction of our customers and the love for handcrafted products.

You have a 14-day post-delivery withdrawal period to request a return of products. You will then be refunded on your entire purchase including delivery costs.

Return costs as well as any reimportation taxes are the responsibility of the customer, unless the products received are incorrect or damaged.

Will i have to pay import duty ?

If the product you are purchasing is coming from abroad, it is normal that customs in your home country will apply some tax. Some countries will allow the parcel to go through without charging you, including the USA which has a Free Trade Agreement with Morocco.
Please note that free shipping does not include any custom duties/taxes that you might be charged.
