Shipping & Return Policy
We process orders Monday through Friday, within an average of 48 hours.
As each order is unique, the cost of delivery will vary depending on the weight, size and destination of the items ordered.
Delivery times: All orders are shipped via FedEx International Air from Casablanca Morocco. FedEx
For most destinations in Europe and USA: Delivery in 3 to 5 working days
and 4-21 days if You are in Asia and the rest of the globe.
TRACKING NUMBER
After placing your order, you will receive a summary email with the details of your order as well as the invoice confirming the validation of your purchase.
We will send you your parcel tracking number within 2 days to follow the progress of your parcel on the FEDEX platform.
You can also track your order on the my account page of your customer area.
FEES AND TAXES
For all of our shipping, all taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. All our products come from Morocco, so you may be asked to pay customs clearance costs corresponding to the import of a product from abroad.
If you are shipping within the USA, local sales tax will be charged where applicable. It is your responsibility as the customer to report any purchases of tangible personal property that have not been taxed by BERBERIAN RUGS and pay use tax on those purchases unless exempt under local State law. As for Duties, they do not apply to for shipments to the USA.
Outside the USA, ALL destinations are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are not included in your final purchase price. You will instead be invoiced by our shipping partner, FedEx or DHL, and be liable for all charges applied to your order.

RETURN & REFUND
Our priority is in the satisfaction of our customers and the love for handcrafted products.
You have a 14-day post-delivery withdrawal period to request a return of products. You will then be refunded on your entire purchase including delivery costs.
Return costs as well as any reimportation taxes are the responsibility of the customer, unless the products received are incorrect or damaged.
You will need to send us the following withdrawal form to hello@BerberianRugs.com.
Upon receipt of the slip which will be sent to you by e-mail, you can proceed to return the package with a tracking number. After receipt of the package by BerberianRugs.com, a confirmation email will be sent to you to notify you of the proper handling of your refund.
You will receive the refund at the latest within 7 days.
