- Your order is completely handmade from 100% natural wool, which means there will be natural (great and beautiful) variations in pattern and color. Wool shrinks! Although we do our best, the final sizes may vary from 1 to 2 “
Lead Time
Each rug is entirely hand-woven, then washed and dried in mountain air. Due to the high demand and the implementation of new safety protocols in our workshops, the current lead times are in the order of 4 to 6 weeks. For rugs larger than 9×12 please allow an additional two weeks.
We will stay in touch with during the period of your rug creation. and once the rug is ready, we will send you pictures and exact size for your confirmation. Then we will ship the rug only after you are completely satisfied with the results.
Returns
You have a 14-day post-delivery withdrawal period to request a return of products. You will then be refunded on your entire purchase including delivery costs.
What if I don’t like what I ordered?
After placing an order, you have until 7:00 PM ET the following day to cancel and get your money back.
Payment in installments
LAYAWAY ON SHOP INVENTORY
Our shop offers a layaway program fit to your financial budget. For your convenience, layaway plans are available with 10% off, and we accept payment split on up to 12 months to fit your budget. Equal split monthly payments must be within the layaway period. After completion of all payments, items packages will be shipped. Cancellation of a layaway order after 30 days will result in a minor restocking fee of 5% of the total item price.
CUSTOM ORDERS LAYAWAY
For custom made rugs, layaway plan payments are scheduled into 3 split payments as follows:
. 1/3 of payment once placing your custom order.
. 2/3 of payment due after rug weaving completion.
. 3/3 payment and remaining balance due after completion of washing and drying the rugs.
📍We will message you when each increment payment becomes due after completion of the processes in your order. Layaway orders are shipped after all payments have been received.
📍In case customer cancels their custom order after 14 days, a restocking fee of 10% of the total sale amount will be applied to cover the costs of materials and labor.
