- Your order is completely handmade from 100% natural wool, which means there will be natural (great and beautiful) variations in pattern and color. Wool shrinks! Although we do our best, the final sizes may vary from 1 to 2 “
Lead Time
Each rug is entirely hand-woven, then washed and dried in mountain air. Due to the high demand and the implementation of new safety protocols in our workshops, the current lead times are in the order of 4 to 6 weeks. For rugs larger than 9×12 please allow an additional two weeks.
We will stay in touch with during the period of your rug creation. and once the rug is ready, we will send you pictures and exact size for your confirmation. Then we will ship the rug only after you are completely satisfied with the results.
Returns
You have a 14-day post-delivery withdrawal period to request a return of products. You will then be refunded on your entire purchase including delivery costs.
What if I don’t like what I ordered?
After placing an order, you have until 7:00 PM ET the following day to cancel and get your money back.
